The BaaS Company takes a big step forward with the appointment of Konrad Pitala as Head of Creative Operations. In this role Konrad will be leading the streamlining of all of our creative client services, further developing the services offering and overseeing client creative projects from concept to completion.
“Konrad is one of the most driven and versatile people I know, his special talent for finding new solutions and approaches to address business challenges cannot be surpassed so I’m incredibly grateful he has chosen us for the next phase in his career”, says Leoni Janssen, founder and CEO of The BaaS Company. “This is a pivotal time in the B2B tech industry, as legacy tech vendors race to redesign their offerings for a world in which agile and composable technology is the focus. Those companies that have designed their businesses from the outset on new tech principles are in hyper growth mode and often don’t have the resources internally to capitalize on their direct opportunities. We provide the specialist branding services they need to cut through the noise. We only hire the very best, and having worked with Konrad before, he is absolutely that.”
Konrad will work closely with clients and experts in The BaaS Company to smartly execute on the agency’s Branding as a Service concept that has been refined over the past year. Since launch, we have pioneered a new concept for B2B tech branding which delivers an orchestrated offering of disciplines delivered as a service. We specialize in delivering all the services international B2B tech companies need to help them find their personality, voice and place in the world, built to fit exactly what the client needs through a network of handpicked experts.
Joining from global ERP company Unit4, where he served as Creative Lead and Global Brand Manager for six years, Konrad has more than 10 years’ experience leading critical brand projects, thriving somewhere between creativity, business transformation and technology.
He began his career in the creative field, then developed a strong business acumen. This blend of creativity and business focus means he offers a unique value proposition: resolving difficult business challenges with creative solutions and design thinking. He is originally from Poland, and currently based in Portugal.
“I don't fit into one category or professional dimension - I have a portfolio career,” said Konrad. “My appetite for new ideas and making an impact means I’m entrepreneurial and focussed on finishing projects while ever improving processes and creating repeatability. Working for The BaaS Company allows me the freedom to explore new concepts while doing the work that I love for some incredible companies in the B2B tech space. Rejoining former colleagues I know what we are building together and I am incredibly excited for this opportunity.”
The BaaS Company is in growth mode and is hiring across a number of roles. Now is a pivotal time for many international technology companies, particularly those working with modern technology that are growing fast and starting to make a name for themselves.
